Avocado Ecstasy Guacamole
This Guacamole really brings out the flavor of Avocado,
enhancing it with a mildly piquant smokiness.
Since the Avocados are not heavily masked,
make sure they're fully ripe.
|1/4 tsp||Coriander seed, ground|
|1/4 tsp||Cumin seed, ground|
|1/4 tsp||Curry powder|
|1/4 tsp||Garlic powder|
|2 tsp||Lemon and/or Lime juice|
|2 Tbs||Piquant sauce or Salsa|
Eat with tortilla chips, or use as a condiment.
Scoop Avocados from shells.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Blend with a spoon, leaving Avocado a little lumpy.
