About me

I am a PhD candidate at Duke University, Department of Computer Science.
My research interests are content delivery networks, future internet architectures and software defined networks.
I am advised by Prof. Bruce Maggs, and I also work with Prof. Theo Benson.

Work Experience


I like playing chess. I consider myself a strong amateur. I had some success at club level tournaments.
I have a Life Master title from United States Chess Federation. My FIDE rating is 2213 and USCF rating is 2388.

Since January 2016 I have been serving as a member of the Board of Directors of American Turkish Association of North Carolina (ATA-NC).
