Biography

My name is Yihao Hu (胡逸豪), currently a PhD student at Duke CS. My current research focuses on developing tools for data exploration and discovery at scale. We are currently building a robust SQL semantic debugger (have you ever wondered what it means to “debug” an SQL query? We are setting up a standard!). I work with Prof. Jun Yang.

I completed M.S. in Electrical & Computer Engineering at Duke Pratt. I received my B.S. in Computer Engineering & B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Boston University, where I worked on privacy-preserving extensions under the supervision of Prof. Ari Trachtenberg.

If you would like to chat about research or potential opportunities or anything else, please drop me a line!
